Cancellation fees, how do they work?


It's never pleasant to have to deal with a passenger cancellation or to have to cancel in their place... Good news, we have introduced a €5 fee to compensate drivers!

In which cases can you benefit from this fees?

  • If the passenger cancels more than 3 minutes after ordering and you had already started to move in their direction to pick them up - you will receive €5
  • Or you are forced to cancel after having waited at least 5 minutes at the pick-up address (the timer goes off in the application) and after having tried to call the passenger when you arrived at the pick-up point - you will receive €8

In both these cases, you will get a notification that will appear in the notification center of your app to confirm that the fee has been taken into account, and you will then receive the fees on your weekly transfer sent on Monday. There is no need to contact us about this in the 24-hour following the cancellation.

And for cash rides?

If the passenger has a credit card registered on his account, we will of course try to debit him with the cancellation fee. If they do not, they will receive a payment link to ask them to pay the fee. If they refuse several times, their account is deactivated.

In all cases, we will pay the cancellation fees and you will receive it with your next transfer.
