The certificate of competence is now compulsory for all drivers.
To apply for your certificate of competency, please use this form.
Exemption from the exam is in place for drivers who can prove experience as a driver for at least 2 years.
To do this, you will need to fill out the form and add:
-a certificate of experience of at least 2 years
- proof of language level (French or Dutch)
-a criminal record
-your driver's license
- proof of payment of the amount of 75€

The language level can be proven in several ways:
👉 You have a secondary school diploma (CESS)
👉 You have obtained a language certificate via this site: https://brulingua.be/fr/
New drivers will have to pass the selection tests. Only step to obtain the certificate of capacity.
