Can the drivers refuse to let me ride with them?

Drivers are required to accept all passengers, however, they have the right to refuse to let you board the vehicle for certain reasons:

  • On Nice and Marseille, during a cash ride, if you refuse to pay the driver in advance. This measure applies to all cash rides and guarantees the safety of our drivers.
  • You are with friends and there are more of you than the number of seats in the vehicle (We can hear you from here but climbing on your friend's lap or going into the trunk is not allowed)
  • You are with a child under 10 years old and/or under 1m35 without a car seat (we advise you to call the driver as soon as he accepts your trip to ask him if he would have one to help you out)
  • You are transporting a pet without a cage and the driver does not accept animals on board (remember to call the driver to let him know and see if he agrees) - This rule does not apply to guide dogs, which must be accepted in all vehicles.
  • Your behavior suggests that the driver will not be safe.

In this time of health crisis, a new way of getting around and interacting with society must be adopted. The driver can refuse you if you do not respect these conditions:

  • The wearing of the protective mask mandatory for passengers 11 years and older.
  • If the vehicle is equipped with a protective window: a maximum of 3 passengers are allowed in the back of the vehicle.

Of course, do not hesitate to let us know if your driver has not respected his commitments!
