If these 3 conditions are met, you can cancel and no fee will be charged for this situation. We will check with him later to find out what happened.
PS: remember to check that your phone number is up to date in the application, so that you can call each other. When you press the call button, a confirmation pop-up will show you the number saved in the app and you will have the option to change it if needed.
