Passenger paid only part of the ride


Has your passenger only paid for part of the ride?

Don't panic, we will help you!

  1. First of all, make sure that it's not just a passenger who has a promo code on this trip in cash; if it is, Heetch will pay you the difference on your next transfer. (Be sure to update your app to see the promotions on cash rides).
  2. If the passenger does not have a promo code, he/she still has to pay you part of the fare: As you know, it is of course totally forbidden and reprehensible to leave without paying for the ride!

If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible.

The passenger's account is automatically suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.

While waiting for the passenger's payment, our insurance covers unpaid rides up to a maximum of €40.  You will therefore be reimbursed up to a maximum of €40 (minus the commission). If the outstanding amount exceeds €40, we will of course pay you the remaining amount when the passenger has paid for the ride.

You will receive these refunds on your weekly transfer. (done every Monday).
