If you ended the ride too early or too late on the app, the price of your ride may have been automatically recalculated.
In case of error on your part or mishandling, simply contact us and we will do what is necessary.
It is important to let us know to prevent the passenger from being overcharged (in the case of a trip paid for in credit card) or, conversely, that we take too high a commission if the trip was ordered in cash.
