Tolls
Tolls are paid by the passenger. If your itinerary includes tolls, you should ask the passenger if he/she prefers to travel without tolls or if he/she wishes to pay the tolls.
If they choose the long option without tolls, remember to add an intermediate stop to indicate the new route ;)
If the passenger refuses, you can of course cancel the trip and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements!
Fine
Waiting too long for a passenger? Double-parking? Speeding?
If you have received a fine during a Heetch ride, we cannot compensate you because it is imperative that you respect the traffic rules at all times.
For example, if you can't pull over to wait for a passenger, contact him/her to meet him/her a little further away to avoid a ticket ;-)
