You can't start your ride?
You must be more than 200m from the pick-up location. Make sure you are close enough to the pick-up location indicated on the platform when ordering to be able to validate the order.
In case the passenger is mistaken about the pick-up location indicated on the platform, you can cancel the trip, carry it out and indicate it to us in the form below.
(Date/time of the ride & means of payment in cash or credit card)
You can't finish your ride?
No problem, just let us know by filling in the form at the bottom of this article, specifying which journey it is and whether the passenger paid in cash or by credit card.
We will do what is necessary to validate it for you ;-)
