Thank you for your interest in joining us! Heetch is a VTC application, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 15% commission, cash and credit card rides, and a team always available for you!
- If you are already a professional, you just need to download the application, log in with your number and create a password or with your Facebook account of your choice and validate your phone number. Then go to join.heetch.com and upload your documents (see below for the necessary documents). If everything is good, your account will be activated within 48 hours.
- If you were previously registered on Heetch (e.g. as a private person), you will not be able to re-register automatically ** To re-register, contact us quickly with the details of your old profile, we will do what is necessary to re-register you.
To be able to register on Heetch you must:
1 - own a VTC company, be an auto-entrepreneur or employee
Once you have your VTC card, you will have to create your own company or join a company that can employ you as a driver (Want to know how to get the VTC card and become a driver? Click HERE)
If you simply want to be a fleet manager (i.e. manage a fleet of VTC drivers but do not drive yourself), you are not required to have a VTC card.
However, you must have a company that transports people and that is registered in the VTC register.

2 - Buy or rent a suitable vehicle to drive as a VTC, you must drive a car that meets the VTC standards. You will find all the necessary information here
The necessary documents
To register you must provide us with several documents, different according to your status:
- *Please note that we only accept photos of original documents.
- *If you are a self-employed person or a VTC manager
- *Personal and professional documents
- valid identity card, passport or residence permit
- driving licence front and back
- profile photo
- VTC card front/back
- Driving licence points statement
- KBIS or Siren or INSEE number
- Professional Civil Liability
- Certificate of registration in the VTC register
- BANK DETAILS
GOOD TO KNOW: if you are a manager or a fleet manager but you do not drive and do not have a VTC card, you just need to take a photo of a document stating "I am a manager but I do not drive" instead of the VTC card ;)
Vehicle documents:
- Vehicle registration document
- Green card
- Certificate of insurance for a fee
- Photo of the vehicle in landscape format (like this: https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/heetch-production/communication_assets/exemple_voiture.png)
- *You are an employee
- Valid identity card, passport or residence permit
- Driver's licence front and back
- VTC card front and back
- Profile picture
Sponsorship code from your employer
(this code allows you to be linked to your manager's company, it is on HIS application: Menu > Sponsorship. It is the sponsorship code that begins with his first name, ask him before starting the registration!)
