Passenger has made a mistake in the addresses


Sometimes passengers are a bit absent-minded and may have the wrong departure and arrival address. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, remember to call the passenger as soon as you accept the ride to find out his real route. :)

If the passenger has given a wrong departure address :

You have to cancel the trip and put the right justification in the application.

 

If the passenger has put a wrong arrival address:

No need to worry about making this ride. You just have to enter the new arrival address in Waze and go there. When you finish the ride, the price will be recalculated according to the new destination address!
