First, it is essential that you take a picture of the incident so that we can assess the extent of the damage. The second step is to have the damage cleaned up and to obtain an invoice detailing the cleaning that has been carried out and relating only to the damage caused by the passenger(s).
You then need to contact us with the details of the journey concerned, photos of the damage and the detailed invoice. We will then provide you with the most appropriate solution and compensation.
