Change my profile picture

Ahh the photo! It's what passengers will see when they order, so it's important that you are visible, recognizable and professional.

Here are a few tips on how to send us your photo:

  • Remember to send us a well-framed photo on your face only (we like fashion but it won't help to see the clothes here! )
  • Avoid wearing accessories that might prevent passengers from recognizing you (caps, sunglasses, hats etc)
  • Don't forget the big smile! Passengers prefer to see a picture of their driver happy and content to drive on Heetch ;)

Change my phone/email number

To change your phone number or email address, just go to the "Profile" menu of your application :)

If you can't register your new number, contact us, we'll help you solve this mystery.

Enter a new IBAN.

  • *If you are a manager or a self-employed person, it's easy to change your IBAN!
  • Log on to your driver area: http://driver.heetch.com
  • Driver account tab > Bank information

Remember to do this before Wednesday 10am so that your transfer of the week is sent to your new account. :)

If you are an employee, you cannot access this option because we are obliged to send your earnings to your employer. Your employer will then pay you the money every week!
