You want to add or remove a vehicle on Heetch ? You must be a self-employed entrepreneur or a company manager (an employee cannot do this)
To add a vehicle:
- You must go to your Driver's Area: driver.heetch.com
- You must then go to the 5th tab: "Vehicles".
- Press the "Add" button in pink on the right
- Add all the necessary documents (car registration document, green card, certificate of liability insurance with number plate, and photo of the car) and the required information
- Finally click on "Send "*.
- Please note! Please make sure that you enter the correct information when adding the car, especially the vehicle registration and the expiry date of the insurance certificate.
You can also go to the Heetch app -> see my profile -> change vehicle -> add a vehicle.
What happens next?
- The vehicle will be quickly validated by our teams, who check the documents of your vehicle.
- If a document is missing or not up to date, our teams will contact you by email to fix it.
- Your employees can drive in the vehicle you have added to your fleet.
- Do not hesitate to remove the vehicle from your fleet when it is no longer part of your fleet
By adding your vehicle, you certify that it is a vehicle declared to the VTC Registry
To remove a vehicle from your fleet:
- You must go to your driver space (driver portal heetch) and go to the vehicle tab to manage them
Be careful ! Each request to remove a vehicle from your fleet is final, and we cannot go back. Please pay attention to each deletion request.
What happens next?
- Your drivers will no longer be able to drive on this vehicle in your fleet
