How to update my documents


It is possible that your documents are no longer up to date, expired document, lost or stolen document, in this case it will be necessary that the new document is updated on your account.

You can now add your own documents via your application or your driver portal.

2 possibilities to add them.

Or on the application in "see my profile" the tab "document " !

Doc section in-app

  • If you are an auto-entrepreneur and you wish to register a new kbis (with a new SIREN but still as an auto-entrepreneur) you will have to update the documents on your space (Kbis, rc pro, VTC register)
  • If you are a manager and you want to register a new company (still as a manager, just the siren number changes) you will have to update the documents on your space (kbis, rc pro, VTC register)

Manager = sole trader, EIRL, SARL and EURL, SAS and SASU, SA and SNC.
