Following recent updates to the application, this process can no longer be completed directly through your Driver Portal or the app, including via the section:
“I would like to update my company information”
Requests for company status changes are now handled by our Support Team. To proceed, please provide the following company documents:

Kbis extract (Certificate of Incorporation)

Registration certificate in the VTC Register (RE VTC)

Professional Liability Insurance (RC Pro)
You can send your documents directly through Support by clicking “Contact Us” at the bottom of the page.
Once the documents have been received and validated, we will update your company and account status as quickly as possible.
