How do I add a vehicle to my fleet?


First of all, you must have already created a manager account with employees registered in your fleet.

To add a vehicle:

  1. You have to go to your Driver's Area: driver.heetch.com
  2. You must then go to the 5ᵉ tab: "Vehicles"
  3. Press the "Add" button in pink on the right
  4. Add all the necessary documents and information required
  5. Finally click on "Send".

Caution! Please make sure you enter the correct information when adding the documents, especially the vehicle registration and the expiry date of the insurance certificate.

What happens next?

  • The vehicle will be quickly validated by our teams, who will check the documents of your vehicle.
  • If a document is missing or not up to date, our teams will contact you by email to rectify this.
  • Your employees can drive in the vehicle you have added to your fleet.
  • Do not hesitate to remove the vehicle from your fleet when it is no longer part of your fleet
  • Once you have completed these steps, only if you have urgent requests concerning your fleet: you can contact us by telephone on 01 76 43 11 85 from Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 5pm.

By adding your vehicle, you certify that it is a vehicle declared to the VTC Registry.
