How do I add a vehicle to my fleet?


As a fleet manager, you can add vehicles to your fleet directly from your fleet management portal.

1. PREREQUISITES

✔️ You must have an active fleet manager account on HEETCH.

✔️ Your fleet must already be created, with drivers linked to it.

2. ADDING THE VEHICLE

📍 Log in to your fleet management portal.

🚗 Go to the "Vehicles" section and click on "Add a vehicle".

📝 Fill in the required information and upload the necessary documents.

⚠️ Make sure all details provided (registration, insurance, etc.) are accurate and up to date.

📤 Once completed, click "Submit".

3. VALIDATION AND USAGE

✅ Our teams will carefully review your request. If any document is missing, expired, or non-compliant, we will contact you by email.

🚗 Once approved, the vehicle can be assigned and used by your fleet drivers.

🚨 IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

1️⃣ By adding this vehicle, you confirm that it is registered in the VTC Register.

2️⃣ Remember to remove the vehicle from your fleet when it is no longer in service.

3️⃣ Only the fleet manager can add or manage vehicles through the dedicated fleet portal.

What happens next?

  • The vehicle will be quickly validated by our teams, who will check the documents of your vehicle.
  • If a document is missing or not up to date, our teams will contact you by email to rectify this.
  • Your employees can drive in the vehicle you have added to your fleet.
  • Do not hesitate to remove the vehicle from your fleet when it is no longer part of your fleet
  • Once you have completed these steps, only if you have urgent requests concerning your fleet: you can contact us by telephone on 01 76 43 11 85 from Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 5pm.

By adding your vehicle, you certify that it is a vehicle declared to the VTC Registry.
