How to regularly monitor the revenue generated by your fleet


It is now possible to follow the revenues generated by your fleet via the Driver Portal. In the Revenues menu of the Driver's Corner, you can track the daily and weekly revenues generated by your fleet.

By default, you will see the revenue generated for the current week. At the top of this page you can see the gross revenue generated by the whole fleet since :

  • The start of the week (from Monday at midnight)
  • The beginning of the day (from midnight in the morning).

In addition to the gross revenue generated by the fleet, you can also see the proportion of revenue generated by cash and credit card.

You can view the gross revenue generated in previous weeks by selecting the week of your choice from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

If you wish to view the revenue generated for a particular day, simply select "By day" instead of "By week" from the drop down menu at the top of the page and then select the day you wish to view from the drop down menu on the right.

On the same page, you can view the income generated in detail by all your employees. By default, the table will be sorted alphabetically but you can change the sorting of the table by clicking on each column of the table.

You can therefore see for each employee :

  • cash income
  • credit card income
  • cash income + credit card income = gross income
  • bonuses
  • reimbursements for unpaid trips by passengers
  • the debt accumulated as a result of the commission we were unable to recover on cash journeys

By clicking on the "More details" button with the small magnifying glass on the right, you can see additional data such as the number of completed and cancelled trips.
