How do I track my money transfer as a fleet manager?


To track your transfers, you must first go to your Driver's Area. For this purpose, we have written a dedicated article: How to access my driver's area

Then, in your transfer history in the Accounting menu.

 

By email : Every week (Monday), when the bank transfers are done, an email summarizing the week of your employees is sent to you.

Via the mobile application: On the mobile application, only the details of the drivers' accounts are visible on the application. For you fleet managers, to follow the income of your fleet in an optimal way, we advise you to connect to your Driver's Area.

Via the Driver's Portal: In the Driver's Area, in the Bank Transfers Menu you can follow the details of your weekly transfers.

By default, you will see the transfers corresponding to the current month. You have the possibility to view the transfers of previous months by selecting a particular month in the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

For each of the bank transfers, you can see :

  • the date of the transfer
  • the amount of the transfer
  • the status of the transfer
  • the number of completes corresponding to the bank transfer
  • the number of drivers corresponding to the bank transfer
  • The bank transfer amount is an aggregated view of all bank transfers made for the fleet.
  • It is possible to consult the IBAN to which the transfer was made by hovering the mouse over the bank transfers sent.

To view the details of the bank transfer you have the possibility to :
