Your driver may accumulate some debt if he makes more cash trips than credit card trips. Normally, this debt can be deducted from his figure for the following week and everything will balance out.
But sometimes he's done so much driving that we can't keep up with him... and a debt builds up :/
Don't worry, we'll send him an SMS to let him know and offer to pay the debt through a secure payment link. They can also pay directly via the link integrated at the bottom of their report sent on Wednesday. (on your associated manager email address)As a reminder, we cannot detach and/or reattach a driver if his debt is not yet paid on Heetch. That's why you can also pay it for him if needed.
If his debt increases and he doesn't pay it, his driver account can be suspended until the debt is settled. Good accounts make good partners! What happens next?
