You are a manager and you want to create your fleet on Heetch? Cool!
As a reminder, in order for you to create a new fleet company:
- You will have to create an account as a fleet manager here: https://join.heetch.com/
Warning! If you are a fleet manager, and do not drive, some documents are not required in your application:
- Front driving licence
- Driving licence back side
- VTC card front side
- VTC card back
You must then:
- Write on a piece of paper "I am Manager" with the current date, name of the fleet, name/first name of the manager, signature
- Take a picture and insert it in place of the above documents
- Add a vehicle from your fleet to your application

Personal and professional documents :
- Valid identity card, passport or residence permit
- Driving licence front and back: "I am a manager but I do not drive ".
- Profile photo
- VTC card front and back: "I am a manager but I do not drive "
- KBIS or Siren or INSEE number
- Professional Civil Liability
- Certificate of registration in the VTC register
- IBAN / RIB
Vehicle documents :
- Vehicle registration document
- Green card
- Certificate of insurance for a fee
- Photo of the vehicle in landscape format (like this: https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/heetch-production/communication_assets/exemple_voiture.png)
What happens next?
- Once all the documents have been completed, your application will be processed within 24 hours.
