I want to add drivers to my fleet and I am having problems registering them


You are a manager and you want to add drivers to your fleet on Heetch? Cool! You have already created your fleet on Heetch. But you encounter some problems when adding them?

Your driver probably already has a Heetch account associated with his details (number + email). This is often the case. We then have to close his existing accounts, so that they can be attached to your fleet

Beware ! If your employee has already been registered on Heetch before (by being attached to another employer for example), the procedure is a bit different: they must first contact us so that we can detach them from their former employer! After that, the procedure is the same.

What happens next?

  • Once you have completed all the steps to reattach your driver, you will receive an answer within 48 hours maximum after checking his documents online.
  • If you have an urgent request regarding the attachment of new drivers to your fleet, you can contact us by telephone on 01 76 43 11 85 from Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 5pm.
