I can't access my Driver's portal


Before reporting any unusual problem on the Driver's Area of your Heetch fleet.

I invite you to log in on Chrome (Google web browser) to access your driver portal, to add your new vehicle for example. The navigation of your Driver's Area is better on Chrome.

You can also delete cookies from your browser, this would facilitate the navigation.

NB: To add a new vehicle, remember to enter all the dates in the available fields, they must correspond to the dates indicated on the documents (insurance for example...).
