A driver can't access to his account


Your driver is having trouble logging into his Heetch app even though he is attached to your fleet? Please check that your driver has an active account on Heetch. If this is the case, there may be several reasons:

Account by phone number

  • Be careful to choose the option "continue" and not "continue with Facebook".
  • Enter your number and confirm it with your confirmation code
  • Enter your password and login to your Heetch account
  • Enter your number and confirm it with your confirmation code received by SMS

You have changed your number ? You don't have the number anymore ? Send us an email with the current number on your account and the new number, so that we can do what is necessary for you to log in again.

Facebook account

When a driver has several Facebook accounts on his phone, it creates connection problems on the application

When you have an active Heetch account linked to a Facebook account, you have to check that you are connected to the same Facebook account on your phone, if you have other accounts you have to delete them from your phone to avoid account conflicts.

Let's go through a few useful steps!

  • First of all, make sure you are connected to a single Facebook account (your own). To do this, first go to your Facebook application and log in with your account. Then, you must also check that the same account is connected to the Facebook website (www.facebook.com) through your search engine (Chrome, Safari, Mozilla...)
  • Open the Heetch application: Be careful to choose the option "continue with Facebook" and not "continue".
  • Enter your number and confirm it with your confirmation code received by SMS

Suspension

If your driver is suspended, and therefore cannot access his application. You will have the reasons of its suspension its application with the detail.
