You are a manager, and you want to register your employees on Heetch? Cool!
In order for your employee to drive, they should:
- Login to the app via their phone number (or via their Facebook account)
- Complete their profile and confirm their phone number
- Then log on to https://join.heetch.com/
- Select his status: He is therefore VTC Driver - Employee.
- Upload the requested documents: Identity card Driving licence Plastic VTC card :-)
In order to link him/her to your company, he/she must enter his/her employer code when registering. You will find your employer code in the application: Menu > Sponsorship. It is the code that starts with your first name.
Warning! If your employee has already been registered on Heetch before (by being attached to another employer for example), the procedure is a bit different: he/she must first contact us so that we can detach him/her from his/her former employer! After that, the procedure is the same.

What happens next?
- You add your company's vehicles to your driver portal.
- You receive weekly reports on your drivers' journeys.
- You receive weekly Heetch transfers to your account.
- Once you have completed all these steps, you can contact us by phone on 01 76 43 11 85 from Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 5pm. This line is reserved for fleet managers already registered on Heetch.
