You are a manager and you want to transfer your drivers' fleet to a new company on Heetch? Cool!
1/ As a reminder, for any fleet transfer: - You must have already created your new company on Heetch with new contact details (not associated to existing accounts). - We will only transfer to you the active drivers (+ their corresponding vehicles) of your fleet for the last month, according to the date of your request.
Please note! Fleet transfer requests are final, and we cannot backtrack. Please make sure your request is complete.
2/ The former fleet manager of the company should then contact us with his transfer request, with the contact details (email/number) of the new company already created on Heetch. Only the fleet manager can make this request.
If you wish to request a transfer of Heetch drivers, you can contact us by phone on +33 (0)1 76 43 11 85 from Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 5pm.

- In the days following your transfer request, we will come back to you by email as soon as possible to keep you informed of the progress of your request.
- Your old company will be definitively closed on Heetch, the drivers formerly attached to this company will not be able to connect on Heetch via this fleet.
