I have just registered drivers in my fleet and their account is suspended


Your drivers' accounts are automatically suspended, before the final step: document verification. 

Indeed, your drivers should verify their documents before they can drive on Heetch.

Documents required for verification:

  • Driver's license (front/back)
  • VTC card (both sides)

To check your documents:

You can "contact support"; we will send you a verification link.

At Heetch Café:

  • Heetch Café Paris: 198 bis rue Lafayette, 75010 Paris,
    Open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. 
  • Heetch Café Marseille: rue des Docks Atrium 10.6 (4th floor), 13002, Marseille.
    Open only on Tuesdays (except public holidays) 10am to 1pm - 2pm to 6pm.
