How do I make my account a professional profile?
Do you want to activate your profile as a professional? Go to the menu of your application:

Select "Profile ".

Press the button "Activate my profile Pro ".

Fill in the form:
- Fill in the address where you want to receive your invoices
- Indicate the name that should be written for your invoices
- Choose the frequency of your summaries (Never, after each trip, weekly or monthly)
- Add the card to be used for your professional trips (optional) -
Confirm your pro profil
And here you are, ready to ride! You can change this information at any time in the "Profile" menu of your application.
How to indicate my trip as professional ?
If you want to make a trip to pass on your professional profile, it happens here:
You just have to order your Heetch by selecting your departure and arrival point. On the payment page, before ordering, you can indicate if it is a personal or professional trip.
Warning, if you have not registered a professional credit card in your profile, the card you have by default will be selected!

I forgot to select the option for a business trip.
Don't panic, you can change the option you have chosen when ordering even if your rides have already been made.
Just go to the menu of your application and press on your "Rides".
When you select one of your trips you can indicate if it is a business trip or not by clicking on "This is a business trip". All you have to do is validate the action and you're done!
About my invoices
You can choose and modify in your professional profile how to receive your invoices:
- The email address of reception
- The name to display on the invoice
- The frequency of your summaries & invoices
If you wish to download an invoice for a particular trip, you can easily access it from your "Trips" history in the menu of your application. By clicking on the desired trip, you have the option to download from your phone by pressing "Download Invoice ".
