On Heetch, it is impossible to change your departure address once the order is placed. So if you made a mistake on the departure address, cancel as soon as possible to be able to recommend to the right address. If you cancel more than 5 minutes after the order, fees may apply.
On the other hand, you can always change the final destination address or add stops along the way if you change your route.
To do this, you must inform the driver so that he can modify his route. Once you are at the new destination, the price will be readjusted according to the mileage you have finally covered.
If you want to add stops to your trip, no worries, it is possible. Once again, no manipulation is done from the app, it's the driver who manages :) You just have to tell him the desired detours and the price is readjusted at the end of the ride. As simple as that!
