All orders are made directly from the application. It is not yet possible to order via the website, neither by email, nor by phone or SMS. It is also not possible to order in advance. Each order is made in real time. But don't worry, our drivers are all available at any time of the day or night.
To find a Heetch, nothing could be easier:
- Open the app
- Enter your departure address, then validate the address.
- Enter your arrival address, then validate the address.
- The amount of the journey will be displayed.
- Choose your payment method: cash or credit card.
- Order your Heetch !
Moreover, the application works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for unlimited rides, isn't that wonderful ? :)
