You can indeed order for another person. However, it can sometimes be complicated, especially if this person is not with you!
You'll have to make sure you give all the information to the driver and to the person you're ordering for, so that they can find each other ;)
Please note that, since the order is placed from your Heetch account, you will be considered responsible for any incident occurring during the ride with this passenger.
However, it is not possible to order for another person at the same time as you are making or ordering a ride. There can only be one order and one ride per account at the same time.
You will have to wait for the trip to end to be able to recommend afterwards :)
