I would like to know more about an unpaid amount


If we have contacted you, it is because we are waiting for a payment:

  • either unpaid cancellation fees (6€)
  • or a rejected credit card payment
  • or an unpaid cash payment

To regularize your situation:

  • For unpaid cancellation fees: you can pay them directly from the Heetch application: Menu > Trips > Unpaid cancellation fees. You can also pay it from your trip receipt (by email)
  • For an unpaid credit card ride: you received an email with the subject "Payment Incident" (check your spam ;)) with a link to pay. You can also pay from your trip receipt (by email)
  • For an unpaid cash ride: you have received a Lydia link by SMS (or directly on the app if you have a Lydia account) allowing you to pay this debt. Your account will be suspended until the debt is paid. 

If the debt is not paid within one month of the trip, your file will be sent to a recovery agency. An additional fee of 40€ will be applied.

If you have ordered for a relative, you are responsible for payments made to your account.

If you cannot find the link or email to pay, please contact us via the form below, specifying the phone number that ordered the unpaid trip, the date and the amount of the unpaid trip.
