Can the driver refuse to let me ride?

Drivers are required to accept all passengers, however, they have the right to refuse you boarding the vehicle for certain reasons:

- You are with friends and there are more of you than the number of seats in your vehicle (4 passengers maximum).
- You are with a child under 10 years old and/or under 1.35m without a car seat (we advise you to call the driver as soon as he accepts your trip to ask him if he has one, but he does not This is not a service usually offered by the platform).
- You are transporting a pet without a cage and the driver does not accept animals on board. (Remember to notify the driver by telephone to let him know and see if he agrees)
This rule does not apply to guide dogs which must be accepted in all vehicles.
- During a journey ordered in cash, we advise drivers to collect the fare from the start above a certain amount. The driver may refuse to pick you up if you refuse to pay in advance. This measure applies to all cash journeys and guarantees the safety of our drivers.
- You are transporting bulky objects or too much luggage that does not fit in the driver's trunk.
- Your behavior suggests that the driver will not be safe.

If the driver traveled and was unable to pick you up for one of the following reasons, he is entitled to cancel the trip and benefit from cancellation fees to compensate him for his trip.
You can find more information on how cancellation fees work in this article:
