Connection problem:
- If you created your account via Facebook, you may be connected with the wrong Facebook account :)
Here are some tips to reconnect to the right Facebook account being properly attached to your Heetch account:
- Log out of the Heetch application.
- Log out of your Facebook application.
- In the settings of your phone, disconnect the Facebook account associated to your phone. Then log back in with the correct FB account.
- On your phone's browser, go to www.facebook.com, disconnect the "bad" account and reconnect with the account you used to sign up for Heetch.
You will then be able to log in without any problems!
If you have created your account via your phone number: let's go for a few useful things:
- Be careful to choose the option "continue" and not "continue with Facebook".
- Enter your number and confirm it with your confirmation code
- Enter your password and login to your Heetch account
- Enter your number and confirm it with your confirmation code received by SMS

You have the impression that someone else is using your Heetch account ?
It's possible if someone had access to your Facebook login and password.
But don't panic! It's just possible that you logged in on a friend's phone one day (because you ran out of battery, for example). So your account is probably still connected to their phone.
To disconnect all the devices connected to your account, it's very simple!
- Log out of the application
- Change your Facebook password
- Reconnect to the Heetch app.
This way, there will be no re-connection possible on the other phone because your password will have been changed :)
