Have you changed your email address or phone number?
No problem ! You can change them directly from the "profile" section of your heetch application :)
It is important that your number is up to date so that you can contact your driver or that he can contact you too !
Your order has already been accepted by a driver and you just realized that you changed your number recently, without changing it in the app? NO PROBLEM
By pressing the call button, you will see a confirmation pop-up indicating your number, with just below the inscription "modify" to be able to change it if needed
- Update my credit card ?
You can change your credit card information directly from the Heetch app by going to the "Payment" menu in the app", then "Add a payment card".
