If the application does not authorize you to order with a credit card, it is probably because an old debit from an old ride did not work. In this case, check that your bank account is sufficiently funded and that there are no problems with your bank or your credit card. If an old debit did not go through, you have received several emails about it on your email address registered on your Heetch account. You can also register a new valid credit card in the application, the debit will then be done automatically.
