Your balance is what Heetch owes you. This balance changes with each transaction (completed trip, cancellation fee, bonus or specific adjustment). The balance is different from the income:
Example: When you make a ride in cash, Heetch cannot get its commission on the trip. Your balance is therefore negatively impacted, your income is positive.
Fortunately, card rides, cancellation fees and bonuses help to counterbalance this (positive balance)
You can access your balance from the "Balance and Transfer" section of the application:

If your balance is positive: this is the amount that Heetch will send you by transfer on Monday
- If your balance is negative: you are in debt. Don't worry, we'll send an SMS to let you know and offer you to pay the debt via a secure payment link. You can also pay directly via the link integrated at the bottom of your report sent on Monday by email.
Please note that if your debt increases too much and you do not pay it, your driver account may be suspended until the debt is settled.
