Have you checked your spam? It is sent automatically every Wednesday morning to the address registered in the "Profile" section of your app.
You also have access to your downloadable invoices from your Driver's Area or to your earnings in real time directly on your app.

You have not received your transfer?
We send the transfers every week on Monday morning to the drivers' (or fleet manager's, if applicable) accounts. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 4 days for the money to reach your account.
We invite you to connect to your application (menu "Balance and Transfers") or via your Driver's Area to check the status of your transfer. If you have not received a transfer in a week, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You have no transactions this week (no ride, no cancellation fee or bonus)
- You have a negative balance (driver debt): if you make too many cash rides compared to card rides, your balance towards Heetch is negative, no transfer will be done.
- You have a positive balance, but your IBAN is not filled in or is incorrect: make sure you update it via the Driver's Area: in your profile.
- Transfers have not yet been made for this week, come back in a few hours!
If you have not received anything by the following Wednesday, even though your report mentioned that a transfer should be made: contact us via the form below, indicating the following information
- The telephone number linked to your driver account
- Your current IBAN (which you must update immediately in your Driver's Area)
- The amount of the transfer that you have not received
- The expected date of dispatch of this transfer
Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks for us to send the money back if the bank has rejected a transfer: these are banking deadlines, unfortunately we cannot speed up the work of the little gentlemen in these offices...
