Every Monday morning we send a report of the transactions completed between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 of the past week. The transactions are as follows:
- Completed journeys
- Cancellation fees
- Heetch bonuses and compensation
- Adjustments (e.g. price adjustment, commission reduction, unpaid ride insurance, etc.)
This is when the transfer is made to your bank account.
If you are the manager, you will also receive a report from your employees if they have driven during the week.
But what does this report contain?
Net income for the week
Here are the details of the different elements indicated:
- Your gross income = the sum of the week's cash and credit card journeys
- The commission that applies to this gross income
We then add any earnings on which there is no commission:
- Cancellation fees
- Bonuses and compensations (processed by the Heetch team before Sunday evening)
→ This gives the net income for the week.

2. Transfer of the week
To calculate the amount of the transfer, we take the net earnings of the week to which we subtract :
- The cash income: since you have already received the money directly from the passenger.
- The possible debt accumulated the previous week(s): this is the unrecovered commission from the previous weeks (when there are too many cash trips).
And to which we add :
- Passenger promotions on cash rides: this is the cash income you did not get from the passenger directly as the passenger had a promo code. Heetch pays you this amount.
- Reimbursement for unpaid cash rides: in case of unpaid passenger, don't worry, Heetch will take care of the ride.
- Other adjustments: price readjustment, commission offered, ride completed by mistake, etc.

But nothing better than an example to illustrate this :

This driver made a total of €209 in journeys this week, from which we deduct €37.62 in commission. This gives us a net income of €171.38.
To which we add a €5 cancellation fee, and no bonus this week.
The net income is therefore €176.38

Out of this €176.38, the driver has already pocketed €172 from cash rides. We compensate him for
- 17€ due to a passenger not paying for a cash trip
- 5 for the payment of a promotion in cash.
In the end, we obtain a transfer of €176.38 - €172 + €17 + €5 = €26.38
Caution: debt management
If you don't do enough rides with your credit card and the commission debt to Heetch becomes too high, your account may be temporarily suspended until you pay it off.
