We are sorry for this wait. It's really not cool of the passenger to make you wait!
Please note that after 5 minutes of waiting while you are at the address requested by the passenger, you can obviously cancel the trip and collect a cancellation fee of €5.

Also, we advise you to call the passengers as soon as you accept the trip to be sure that they are ready when you arrive, this way, it creates a first contact!
