It is totally forbidden for a driver to share his account and have another person drive and transport passengers in his place.
We will immediately check if your driver has not recently had any physical changes (beard, glasses, haircut ...). If this is not the case, we will have to take measures because a driver's account must remain unique and personal, it cannot be used by several people (even if it is a family member or a friend who replaces him for a few hours).
If you have experienced this situation, we are very sorry, it is unacceptable.
Do not hesitate to give us all the information you have about the driver and what happened during the ride.
