To help us find your precious, several options are available to you:
1- Fill in the form at the end of this page by providing us with the following information:
- The date and time of the ride
- A description of the lost object
- The phone number of the account that ordered the ride
- A phone number where we can contact you back
Once we receive your message, we will quickly give you a way to contact the driver so that you can set up an appointment to recover your property.
2- Call the driver directly on the 09 number - This is only possible if you have already called each other before the ride. This number is only valid for 24 hours (because it corresponds to an anonymization platform)
