Cash payment
You ordered a ride with cash and you were supposed to benefit from a promotion on your Heetch ride but you finally paid the full price to the driver without the discount?
For your information, you have access to your promo codes in the "Promotions" menu of the app and you can check the amount of discount available in this tab.
During a cash ride, when you benefit from a discount, the driver is warned on his application and must recover the amount displayed on his screen taking into account your promo code.
If your promo code has not been taken into account, do not hesitate to contact us and explain what happened. We will check together and refund the amount not deducted from the price.
Credit card payment
To begin with, check your receipt (in your emails) to see if your promotional code has been deducted from your ride or not. Indeed, this is not displayed at the end of the ride, but only on this famous receipt that you receive by email once the ride is over ;)
You can also check on your bank statement that the amount debited includes the promotion.
If your promo code has not been taken into account, there are several reasons:
- Your promo code was entered incorrectly in the application, in this case, try entering it again
- It was a promo code valid only on your first journey
