Are you sure you ordered your ride with a credit card but the driver asks you to pay the fare in cash?
You have mistakenly paid the driver in cash and you realize that you have a debit on your bank account?
Before anything else, check your ride history for the payment method you selected when you ordered this ride to avoid mistakes: cash or credit card.
⚠️ Attention, after validation of the order, it is impossible to change the payment method!
If you have selected the payment by credit card, the amount of the ride will be automatically debited from your bank account: you don't have to pay anything to the driver.
If you have selected the cash payment, a message should appear on your application indicating the amount to give to the driver at the end of the ride. Don't forget to have enough money to pay before getting in your Heetch :)
If by mistake, you have given the total amount of the ride in cash to the driver and you have been debited on your bank account, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can help you
