We send transfers every Monday. These transfers include all transactions created between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 of the previous week.
You have 3 ways to track your transfers:
- Via the mobile application**: From the "Balance and transfer" section, you can access the list of your weekly transfers. (If you are an employer, only the transfers from your own driver account are visible on the application).
- By email: Every Monday, when the bank transfers are made, a summary email is sent to each driver
- Via the Driver's Area: In the "Accounting" menu, tab "Transfer History" you can access the details of your weekly transfers. It is possible to consult the IBAN on which the transfer was made by passing the mouse over the bank transfers sent.

Didn't receive a transfer?
If you haven't received a transfer in a week, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- You have no transaction this week (no ride, no cancellation fee or bonus)
- You have a negative balance (driver debt): if you make too many cash rides compared to card rides, your balance towards Heetch is negative, no transfer will be done.
- You have a positive balance, but your IBAN is not filled in or is incorrect: make sure you update it via the Driver's Area: in your profile.
- Transfers have not yet been made for this week, come back in a few hours! (Monday morning)
