- If your question concerns a cancellation made by you:
You can of course cancel your trip free of charge if the driver is unfortunately unreachable, if he is late or if he is not heading in your direction. Don't worry, our system detects these cases. and you will not be charged any fees in these cases.
- If your trip was nevertheless subject to cancellation fees (debit of €6):
